Customer can return any purchased item from enclava.pl store within 14 days from the date he receive the products. If you want to return product download here and fill in the return form. All returning items in an unaltered state - with all original labels please send us with attached the proof of purchase and filled returned form to the following address:

The customer sends the goods at their own cost. The refund will be made within 14 days after we receive your returned products.


REPLACEMENTS
Replacing the products with the different size or color consist in returning the goods in accordance with the return process and re-ordering the correct products in the enclava.pl store.
